Meet Kristin Williams M.A, LCPC, ADHD-CCSP

Therapist and Owner: LCPC , ADHD-CCSP Specialization

Maybe life looks fine from the outside, but it doesn't quite feel like yours anymore.

You may be navigating a transition you didn't expect, questioning who you are following years of expectations, or realizing the ways you've learned to move through the world no longer fit. Or perhaps you simply know you want more - more meaning, more connection, and a life that feels genuinely like your own.

This is the work I love.

I'm Kristin, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Art Therapist. I work primarily with adults navigating life transitions, identity, overwhelm, and the often complicated process of figuring out what comes next. I am also a ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).

My approach is warm, curious, strengths-based, and neuroaffirming. I don't believe therapy is about 'fixing' you. I believe it can be a place to understand yourself more deeply, learn to trust your own voice, and to start building a life that feels authentically yours.

I am also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and have a deep respect for Deaf culture and community. I offer direct counseling and art therapy in ASL for Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients who want to experience therapy without an interpreter between us.

And then there's art.

Creating has always been an important part of how I understand myself and explore the world around me. As an art therapist, I love the places where psychology, creativity, identity, and meaning intersect. Art can be part of our work together- but it never has to be. Sometimes the most meaningful work happens through conversation; sometimes words aren't quite enough.

Whatever brings you here, you don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you need or who you want to become.

We will start with where you are now- and go from there.
